My Approach
I believe every person carries an innate pull toward healing and wholeness. When we’re given a safe-enough space to follow that instinct, a ripple begins that touches every part of our lives and relationships. Because so much of our wounding happens in relationship, it’s often through relationship that healing takes root. Connection, support, and genuine presence create an ecosystem of nourishment where the seeds of your dreams, resilience, and truth can grow. In our sessions, we move gently and at your pace. Together, we listen for what is asking to be tended to, allowing the work to unfold organically in each moment. I guide from a place of compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. My intention is to help you discover, trust, and return home to yourself, your aliveness, and your wisdom.
